I work with you to explore your current beliefs and examine old ones. From there, we can look at how those beliefs are woven into the story you have about yourself and what story you want to write moving forward.

I have worked in the field of mental health and wellness for more than15 years.

My approach emphasizes Cognitive-Behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I will be training in EMDR, an approach for healing trauma, in 2020. I have worked in the public schools and in community counseling clinics serving clients who are seeking support to alleviate suffering and live fuller lives.
